Subsequent to earning his degree in business from Boston College, Larry was recruited by U.S. defense contractor Raytheon to work at their Marine Radar & Sorenson Power Supply division, located in Manchester, New Hampshire. After five years at Raytheon working with the USN and USCG, Larry joined Harman Associates, a sales representative firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. There, he worked as a technical field sales representative covering Military, Medical and Telecom OEM accounts in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts. While at Harman, Larry was also the leading subject-matter expert (SME) on fiber optics related to the Hughes Aircraft Connector Corp (HACC). In early 2004, Larry oversaw the transition of Harman Associates' assets into his newly-founded company, Lighthouse Technical Sales.

Greta joined Lighthouse Technical Sales in the Spring of 2011. Since then, she has been an integral part of our operations. She is the first line of office communication, including support for our customers, principals, and field sales staff. Greta manages our quote follow-up reports, principal sales activity and opportunity reports, customized ACT (Contact Management System) and RPMS software databases. She ensures that our principal's catalog and PDF technical presentation library (both printed and electronic) are up-to-date and available. Additionally, Greta qualifies sales leads, manages customer expedites and sample requests, handles all accounting duties and is the company trade show coordinator.

Vincent has been a valued Lighthouse team member since 2014. He provides technical support for the office, including computer, network communications and data-backup system maintenance. Vincent also produces compelling artwork, graphics and pictorial images for the company's line cards, website, customer presentations, trade show booth display and other principal promotional publications created and published by Lighthouse. Additionally, Vincent provides inside support for the outside sales team and manufactures all of the Lighthouse custom-foam principal sample kits. Furthermore, he provides support at our trade show booth displays, including design, construction, set-up and break-down, as well as scale model construction and painting. Prior to 2014, Vincent was the finish-carpenter for the Lighthouse office/mill building renovation as well as the industrial artist and assembler for the office's multiple "flat-belt pulley and shaft" industrial displays.
